Thursday – 10.15 – 11.30am – Yoga

Yoga

A Hatha yoga class incorporating the 3 primary elements of yoga; asana (movement), pranayama (breath practises) and meditation (working towards quietness/stillness of the mind). The class style follows the AYP (Advanced Yoga Practise www.aypsite.org) approach and is suitable for all levels of yoga experience, including complete beginners (although you could consider enjoying the ‘Introduction to Yoga’ day first).

*Satsang is a chance as a group to discuss and learn more about the ethical principles of yoga and how it can help us live a happier and more fulfilled life.

Cost: £5.50/session or £27.50 for 6 sessions when paid in advance.
